Growing up in the 70's I was fascinated by music and the people who made it. After absorbing the energy that the disco era brought I was influenced by new wave music and by the anti-establishment punk music scene.

I started DJing in clubs in the mid 80's. When I first listen to house music in 1986 I knew something big was coming and that it would change how we listen, play and make music forever.

Working in record store and actively promoting house music brought me to produce music both in studio and live environment. Often bringing a TR-606 or other electronic music instruments to DJ gigs was the foundation for playing music live.

After working as recording engineer and putting together my first studio I started composing original tracks to eventually releasing them under my record label Center records. The first release got support from record stores like Sonicgroove in NYC. Time consumption the A side of center records forth release was charted at Berlin's Hard Wax record store. In addition to composing, playing live and releasing vinyl, Center records also became a record store for a few years.

A new chapter began after Center records activities were stopped. I felt the need to focus more on composing music and to explore multiple music avenues. Born from my imagination, I created leloopar identity to define a new starting point in my career.
